The Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) Designation is one of the most prestigious and widely recognized designations available to the real estate professional. REALTORS who successfully complete all three GRI courses have the privilege of joining the ranks of the elite group of REALTORS Institute graduates.
GRI: Business Skills is a required course for REALTORS to become eligible to obtain the distinguished GRI designation. It covers:
- Seller services,
- Buyer services,
- Technology, and
- Environment & green building.

Participants earn 30 hours of core credit toward the required Sales Apprentice Education (SAE) or broker’s license.

TACS 2: Commercial Real Estate Property Development.

Course credit hours: 30; Provider  Texas REALTORS® - 0001

The Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS) certification teaches you how to represent clients, perform market analyses, negotiate, and understand property development and management. The TACS will also equip you with skills in marketing and business development. This certification shows that you've pursued an intensive course of study in commercial real estate and that you're dedicated to providing the highest level of service to clients.

TACS 2: Commercial Real Estate Property Development is a required course for REALTORS® to become eligible to obtain the Texas Accredited Commercial Specialist (TACS). certification. It covers:
• Leasing, Property and Operations Management
• Valuation of Property

• Valuation considerations

Participants earn 30 hours of core credit toward the required Salesperson Annual Education (SAE) or brokers license. Alternatively, each TACS course counts for 10 hours of Continuing Education (MCE) credit.

Coffee & Contracts: Texas REALTORS® Forms Changes Update

This class meets the 3-hour TREC contracts requirement for your license renewal.
The 89th Texas Legislature addressed several important issues affecting real estate statewide. Related legislation has been signed into law, including SB 2349 (effective Sept, 1, 2025) and SB 1968 (effective Jan. 1, 2026). These bills directly impact consumers and licensees. This course is designed to address these changes to the Texas Real Estate Licensing Act and bring awareness to licensees who are the boots on the ground working with buyers and sellers in a dynamic and changing real estate environment.

Broker Responsibility is a required 6-hour continuing education course (CE) course. Any license holder may take this course; all broker license holders are required to take the course.
This course covers some important new and revised forms as well as information regarding the regulatory aspects of the management, operation, and supervision of a real estate brokerage firm in Texas. It provides information about a broker's responsibilities and obligations under the Texas Administrative Code (22 TAC §532.2) which sets forth specific requirements and best practices for brokers.
